New Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research takes office

This afternoon, at the ministry's headquarters, the new Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, His Excellency Mr. Yacoub Ould Amin, took office, succeeding his predecessor and colleague, the new Minister of Housing, Urban Planning, and Territorial Independence, His Excellency Mr. Anayang Mamoudou. The handover ceremony was attended by the Secretary General of the Ministry, Dr. Mokhtar Handa, as well as officials, advisors, and central directors from the sector.
