The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, His Excellency Mr. Anang Mamoudou, attended this morning, Sunday, April 21, 2024, the opening ceremony of the Sixth African Regional Forum on Science, Technology and Innovation, which is taking place between April 21 and 22 in Addis Ababa.
In his speech, His Excellency the Minister emphasized that Mauritania, under the leadership of His Excellency President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the Republic and Chair of the African Union, has made significant achievements in the fields of higher education and scientific research. convinced that scientific and technological sovereignty and the development of innovation are the best solution for the sustainable development of the country, as well as for the entire African continent.
The ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Minister, Mr. Edouma Ould Mohamed El-Amin Abbas, Advisor in charge of communication at the Ministry.
